Careers Fest 2018 – open session, 6th February, 4-7pm
Is your son or daughter looking for ideas and inspiration for what to do when they leave school? Would you like to know more about opportunities available locally? Careers Fest 2018 is open to parents, carers and guardians for the first this time this year!
The ninth annual Careers Fest, run by Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP), is taking place at MINI Plant Oxford on 6th and 7th February. There will be an open session on 6th February from 4-7pm, giving parents, carers and guardians – as well as students – the opportunity to attend. You’ll have the chance to talk with around 50 employers and training organisations representing career choices from an array of industries to get the low down on job roles and career pathways.
Each exhibitor will also be offering a practical activity relating to the type of roles they offer – a fantastic opportunity for students to get a feel for what a job entails whilst picking up some new skills and plenty of inspiration along the way.
To book your place/s on the open session, please visit: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/careers-fest-2018-attendee-booking-form-registration-38837338525.
Click on ‘Register’ and scroll down to choose your time slot. If you have any questions, please contact Clare McLening on 07769 742295 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
